Or don’t, it’s a complex world with very few sure things, don’t let a blog post lead your life.

I have a thought though, as unlikely as it may seem. No biases, or agenda here, just a question or an idea to think about. In a capitalistic economy art is valued, now would you say that art is relatively valued? I believe it is, there is a sort of ranking that is placed, and that is what decides the price, if a piece is rarer than another piece, then that piece is worth more.

If that is true, and that is a very big stretch to say if it is true, I typed a lot more before I realized I was rambling and this will come down to a difference of opinion. Let’s say I have a mediocre art collection, and I find a way to deface every other piece of art in the world, has my collection’s value gone up?
Is it a zero-sum game? Surely it is, there is a set amount of capital that people are willing to spend on art, assuming that value does not change, if you devalue all other art, then yours surely goes up!
Whatever, I needed the posts for traffic and things, and this is just ramblings and ideas. It’s a better idea to just help enabler fellow artists and help lead to progression and innovation.
Again, this is a dumb thought that I did for the writing practice, typing practice, and all-around blog content. If you found it interest, then have I got an internal dialogue for you.
